The design process

It’s always personal, but in the best way. The thought process for deciding what to make usually starts with “I wish I had” then fill in random idea. I then hunt around the studio or workshop gathering materials that I think could work. If needed I research then source. Venturing into foreign areas of creating is challenging and rewarding. The original idea often evolves and improves as I go. Once I am satisfied with a result I naively decide everyone else probably needs one too.
